FREE USPS First Class Shipping On ALL U.S. Orders.
Please allow us to process your order in 2 business days after payment is approved. You will receive a confirmation email for shipped order(s).
Most domestic orders take 2 to 10 business days to arrive while international shipping may take 2 to 4 weeks depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods. For International shipments, in cases when packages are randomly inspected by Customs, delivery will be delayed. Customer is responsible for all Customs duties and taxes due.

What is the store's return and exchange policy?
For hygiene purposes, Intimate Apparel cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, except when genuine quality issue has been identified. This is also to assure all customers that products are new and unused at the time of purchase.
Please email [email protected] to request for RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) with the reason for the return. We have the right to refuse unauthorized return.
You may return unworn products within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of order. Products should be in perfect condition, have all tags attached, and ideally in the original packaging. We do not have control over the mail service and cannot credit your account if the parcel gets misdirected and is not delivered to us.
All items returned to us will be discarded. They will not be offered again for sale.
